We place a high priority on exceptional writing rather than simply filling pages, ensuring that every issue reflects our commitment to quality. About our team
BTWN is a vibrant and dynamic platform that has come to life thanks to the exceptional talents of our editors, Delane and Aliza. Their unique journey began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic while they were both enrolled in the MFA in Writing program at the University of Saskatchewan. It was here that they uncovered a mutual passion for blending and bending genres in storytelling, despite never having the opportunity to meet face-to-face until their graduation.
What you might find interesting about our editorial team is that many of our current members are also from that MFA cohort, with a few additional friends they've welcomed along the way. This diverse group constantly overcomes the obstacles posed by being scattered across the globe, managing to maintain a strong friendship that has blossomed into a familial bond among fellow writers. This deep sense of community and connection is what truly sets BTWN apart from other platforms. This publication is run by a group of friends on a mission to something genuinely cool and engaging for you to enjoy. Join them as we delve into the exciting intersections of storytelling and celebrate the diverse narratives that make BTWN a remarkable space!
